What time are the keys to the mobile home/bungalow delivered? The keys are guaranteed from 17:00. If you want to anticipate the check-in operations you can arrive and make check-in at any time from 9.00 am You can park your car in the parking lot and use the services of the village, waiting for the structure is ready.
What are the check-in and check-out times? Accommodation is available from 17:00 on the day of arrival until 10:00 on the day of departure. It will still be possible to check in during office hours and access the village.
Are bed linen and towels included? Bed linen is included in all structures. Towels are included only in the Elegance Mobile Homes. You can rent towels inside the campsite according to the rates in force.
Within the campsite there are accessible facilities? Yes, there are accessible facilities. All the rooms are easy to use; to signal a high slope to reach the beach while the Tartasplash swimming pool is reachable through the use of the elevator. There is also a lift to allow the descent into the water, in the pool and chair Job for the descent into the water to the sea.
Are cots and high chairs available for children? Cots, child seats and/or side boards are provided free of charge upon request.
A deposit is required at the time of booking? A deposit of € 150.00 is required during booking
What are the cancellation conditions? In case of cancellation the deposit is not returned: with notice of at least 14 days before arrival the deposit is kept for a new booking in another period or for the following year. In case of cancellation after the above mentioned term the deposit is lost.
Is it allowed to barbecue? Yes, it is possible to barbecue with gas or charcoal, respecting the necessary precautions. The campsite does not have grills for hire.
Is there wi-fi? The campsite has free Wi-Fi.
Is parking available for a fee? The first car can be accessed directly on the pitch or in the dedicated parking near the property. For additional cars, the campsite has an unguarded parking fee.
Can underage enter the campsite? Underages not accompanied by an adult who is legally responsible are not allowed to enter the campsite. A proxy and copy of an ID from the parent is required.
Can I receive friends/relatives? The customer is responsible for any visitors and guests. Visits by people outside the campsite are allowed, upon delivery of a document and are subject to the payment of the applicable rates.
What are the payment methods? We accept cash payments (no more than 5000€), ATM, cheque and credit card.
Are there swimming pools inside the campsite? Inside the campsite there are two swimming pools, Wellness pool and Tartasplash, both suitable for adults and children; for a fee according to the list rate
Can children access the swimming pools? Children can access both pools but up to 12 years must always be accompanied by an adult.
What time do the pools open? The pools are open from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00, are closed from 13:00 to 15:00 and one morning a week for water treatment.
Is swimming cap obligatory in the pool? Swimming cap is not obligatory in the pool.
What times does the restaurant? The restaurant is open every day. Bar service is available from 8:00 to 23:00. Restaurant service is available from 12:00 to 14:00 and from 18:00 to 22:00.
Restaurant for celiacs? Our restaurant does not have certification for celiac cuisine, but offers a selection of gluten-free confectionery products that can be heated by microwave.
Does the restaurant provide board service? Yes, it is possible to arrange half board or full board directly with the restaurant. Contact details can be requested at the reception. The service is not available for periods of less than 4 days. In case of food intolerances or special diets it is advisable to contact them in advance.
Is there a market? Yes, there is a supermarket inside the campsite.
Do you have bike rental within the campsite? There is no bike rental within the campsite. On request the contact of an external rental is provided that will deliver the bikes directly to the campsite.
Is there a laundry? Inside the village there is a laundry room with washing machines and dryers with coin operation. Washing material is not included, but you can buy it at the Village supermarket.
How to access the gym? The gym is free of charge. Minors can access only if accompanied by an adult. For the first access is required to fill out a release at the reception.
Waste sorting? Waste sorting is carried out at the campsite. There are some ecological areas with bins of different colors depending on the type of waste.
Is it possible to practice sports in camping? Inside the campsite there is a multipurpose field where you can play 5-a-side football, basketball, tennis and volleyball. On the beach there is a beach volleyball court. In the Wellness pool you can follow the Aqua gym and Idrobike courses (to be agreed with the animation). There is also a gym and table tennis.
Is mosquito disinfection carried out? Yes, three times a week according to the provisions of the Municipality of Comacchio.
Is there a doctor in the structure? No, but on request are provided contacts and schedules of the tourist doctor active on the shores of Comacchio.

When can I drive to the campsite? Inside the campsite there is a time of silence from 13:00 to 15:00 and from 23:30 to 7:00; at these times the gates to the campsite are closed and the movement of motor vehicles is prohibited.
Do you have a charging station for electric cars? At the I Tre Moschettieri campsite there is a charging station for electric cars that can be managed via the app. For safety reasons, charging in sockets other than the charging station is not permitted.
Are dogs allowed on the campsite? Yes, but can not access the beach and the pool, for more information please consult https://www.ferraraterraeacqua.it/it/comacchio/vacanze-a-4-zampe-spiagge-libere. Dogs must always be kept on a leash and in compliance with health vaccinations and insurance policy.
Dogs pay? In pitch: yes, the cost will be according to the list rate. In mobile home/ bungalow: if the dog falls within the maximum number of occupants allowed per cottage will not pay any supplement, otherwise a supplement will be applied according to the list rate.
Are cats allowed? Yes, they are allowed and do not pay a supplement.
How many dogs are allowed per mobile home/bungalow or pitch? Maximum two dogs per pitch or mobile home/bungalow are allowed.

How far is the campsite from the towns? The campsite is centrally located between Lido di Pomposa and Lido delle Nazioni, both cities can be reached in a couple of minutes by car and in 10 minutes by bicycle. It is also possible to reach in a few minutes the bus stops that connect the camping-Village with the larger urban centers including Comacchio, Ravenna, Ferrara, etc..

From what age can children participate in the animation activities? Children can participate in the entertainment activities from 4 years. Under 3 years old, they can participate in the miniclub only if accompanied by a parent.
What is the animation? The animation offers a series of entertainment, including games on the beach and in the pool, theme nights, competitions, dance floor and disco, excursions, kids club and junior club and evenings with external guests.
What time does the gate close? The beach gate opens at 7 am and closes at 24 am; until 02 am there are openings every 30 minutes to allow people to return from the beach.
Can I put my umbrella on the beach? There are no chairs or private equipment on the campsite beach. The equipment included in the price of the villas/mobile homes/ bungalows is an umbrella and a sun bed. On the free beach personal equipment is allowed which must be removed completely before sunset.
How far is the campsite from the beach? From the entrance to the beach there is a distance of about 400m.
