VERORDENING

OPENINGS HOURS AND TIMETABLE
• During the opening hours, silence hours are applied between 1 pm and 3 pm and from 11.30 pm to 07 am. In such period of time the acces bars of camping are closed and vehicular movement is prohibited. Exception is made to for possible special events in this case it may vary up to 12 p.m.
ENTRANCE FOR PEOPLE, VEHICLES AND MANAGEMENT OF PLACE/ THE PITCH
• Based on the section 109 of T.U.L.P.S. the entry in the structure is allowed only after having
demonstrated / shown a valid identity card or other documents necessary to prove the identity.
• It is not allowed for minors to enter unaccompanied by an adult who is legally responsible for them.
• Customers are required to have a mutual respect that does not undermine the harmonious coexistence within the campground.
• The customer is responsible for any visitors and/or guests. The visits of external people
to the campground are allowed only after the presentation of an identity card, visits are subject to
the payment of rates in force.
• The maximum permitted speed limit is 10 km/h.
• It’s allowed to enter only with one car per each pitch; the car must be parked within the limits of the pitch or in the parking assigned to your house (apartment, semi-detached house, mobilhome)
• The entrance of a second car is not allowed, not even for loading / unloading.
• Scooters are allowed to circulate at a maximum speed of 10 km/h and in compliance with current
legal regulations (compulsory licence plate, insurance and helmet etc.)
• The limits of the pitch must be scrupulously respected.
• The washing of cars and tents must be made at the camper services, avoiding unnecessary waste of water, such activity is strictly prohibited on the pitch.
• If the customer leaves the caravan deposited in the campsite, he will still be charged for the pitch even for the nights when no member of the group will be present.
ASSEMBLY OF TENTS AND EQUIPMENT OF SUPPORT
• The customer must take into account the pattern of the camping, tents and sheets colors shall not be in contrast with the vegetation, avoiding red, yellow and blue color. Fences made with sheets or nets are prohibited. Any improvements to be made to the pitch, it must be agreed with Management.
• For the preservation of plants and trees, ropes and laces must be provided with adequate rotective
sheath. Strings Ropes and laces that are not allowed or that may damage the vegetation will be removed from the camping staff.
• Superstructures are not permitted other than those directly connected safely to caravans / campers or tents.
SAFETY STANDARDS
• For security reasons, caravans or campers must be removable at any time
• Only one gas cylinder for each pitch is permitted. It is mandatory to have a fire extinguisher in
possession.
• The connection between the plug of the energy the column and the personal plug must be made to
perfection with three core cable suitable for mobile application, intact and unique (seamless) and must be located on the ground (not on trees or hedges) as required by the laws in force (CEI 64-8/7 art. 708.4).
• The civil and criminal liability of the equipment attached to the column is of the owner of the same
equipment
• The management assumes no responsibility for the deterioration of food for the failure to provide
electricity which is not dependent by his will
• The guest is required to view and comply with evacuation plans and standards of conduct located
inside the structure.
• The removal or damage to equipment and materials for public safety, fire extinguishers, hose, etc.., involves penal sanctions as provided by D.P.R. 81/2008.
ANIMALS
Owners of animals must take the maximum care to ensure that these do not disturb other campers
and do not damage structures or property owned by third parties or by the camping, animal feces
must be collected and thrown in the garbage and not left into the pitch or on the roads, animals that
are taken outside the pitch must be kept on a leash, with a muzzle for races provided by law, and they
must already be vaccinated and be provided with an insurance policy. The camp declines all responsibility for damages caused by or endured by animals and their respective owners.
BEACH
• The gate of the beach opens at 7 am and closes at 12pm, until 2 am openings are made every 30
minutes to allow the return of people from the beach.
• Beach umbrellas/ Parasols and equipment can be rented at the beach bar. Chairs or private equipment are not authorized. The equipment included in the price of the semidetached houses / mobilhomes / bungalows is one beach umbrella/(parasol) and one deck chair. On the public beach personal equipment is allowed but must be removed completely before the sunset. Dogs are prohibited on the beach for ordinance of Emilia Romagna Region.
PLAYGROUND AND MULTIPURPOSE COURT
• Minors can access to the playground and multipurpose court only if accompanied by adults. In
any case, the direction assumes no responsibility for any injury or damage, in which children would incur and / or that they should caused to third parties. The camp declines all responsibility for damages caused by third parties.
POOLS
• To enter the pool a pass is required. The lifeguard has to watch over guests’safety inside swimming
basins. In case of annoying or dangerous behaviours, the lifeguard is authorized to move the offenders away from the swimmingpool, to withdraw the pass and to notify it to the management.
• Proper and respectful behavior is required.
• It is compulsory to take a shower before entering in the pool
• It is forbidden to use shampoo or detergent in the pool and in the showers
• It is forbidden to run and jump.
• It is forbidden to bring pets (dogs,cats,etc..)
• It is forbidden to bring balls in all the pool area
• It is forbidden to smoke and eat at the poolside
• Glass drinks are prohibited in the entire pool area.
• Kids under 12 years of age are authorized to enter in the pool area only if accompanied by their parents, who are required to watch over heir children.
• It is compulsory to wear flip flops all over the pool area
• All children must wear swimm-suit or bath-napkin
• The pool is closed from 1 pm till 3 pm and one morning a week due to water treatment.
NON OBSERVANCE OF THE RULES AUTHORIZES THE DIRECTION NOT TO RENEW THE ENTRANCE IN THE CAMPING FOR THE FOLLOWING YEARS.
